How quickly is my order processed?
Please allow 2 business days to ship your unexpedited order. Orders are shipped from Austin, Texas. Orders shipping 2nd day delivery generally ship the next business day. Please allow additional time for orders shipping to Canada.
How quickly can I get my purchase if I want it expedited?
Overnight orders go out the same business day, but must be confirmed by E-Mail before completing your purchase through Customer Care at customercare@anyilu.com to ensure availability and time for processing.
What do you charge for shipping?
All US orders ship UPS Ground for free!
What are my other shipping options?
We ship via UPS. The following options are available. Transit times given are subsequent to dispatch.
- Ground - 4-8 business days, Free
- 2Day - 1-2 business days (2-3 business days for HI+AK), $25
- Priority Overnight - 1 business day (1-2 business days for HI+AK), $35
Above rates are regardless of quantity.
What terms apply to shipping?
We are not able to make changes to the details of an order once it is placed.
UPS does not offer service to United States Postal Service P.O. boxes. Third-party mailbox services are acceptable.
Do you ship abroad?
Not at this time.
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
Regrettably, we are not able to accommodate these.
RETURNS
What is your policy regarding returns?
Return is FREE!
We will gladly accept a return for any reason, if dispatched within 14 days of receipt in the condition in which it was shipped. Please take care to try your shoes on indoors, preferably on carpet, and to avoid scuffing the outsoles.
To return items within 14 days, please re-pack with care, along with its original shoe box or bag. Please contact customercare@anyilu.com for return shipping label.

We offer FREE RETURN if you just like to exchange for a different size, color or style. E-Mail us at customercare@anyilu.com for a return shipping label and let us know what item you would like to exchange to. Please return and then re-order your desired size, color and style as a new order.
What is your policy regarding returns of gifts?
In the case of a gift, the giftee will have the option of a credit applicable to a future purchase in the giftee’s name or a refund to the gifter’s credit card.
How do you handle defects?
If a return is desired beyond the above 14-day limitation for reasons relating to defects, please contact our Customer Care liaison, customercare@anyilu.com.
How long will it take to process my refund?
You will receive an email from Customer Care within 2 business days of our receipt confirming that your refund was processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
