Please allow 2 business days to ship your unexpedited order. Orders are shipped from northern California. Orders shipping 2nd day delivery generally ship the next business day.
How quickly can I get my purchase if I want it expedited?
Overnight orders go out the same business day, but must be confirmed by phone before completing your purchase through Customer Care at (510) 647-9920 to assure availability and time for processing.
What do you charge for shipping?
All US orders ship FedEx Home for free!
What are my other shipping options?
We ship via FedEx exclusively. The following options are available. Transit times given are subsequent to dispatch.
- Home - 4-8 business days, Free
- 2d day - 1-2 business days (2-3 businss days for HI+AK), $15
- Priority Overnight - 1 business day (1-2 business days for HI+AK), $25
- Saturday delivery - Continental US only, $35
Above rates are regardless of quantity. Canadian rates vary by province.
What terms apply to shipping?
All shipments require a signature for delivery.
We are not able to make changes to the details of an order once it is placed.
FedEx does not offer service to true United States Postal Service P.O. boxes. Third-party mailbox services are acceptable.
Do you ship abroad?
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
Regrettably, we are not able to accommodate these.
What is your policy regarding returns?
We offer free returns!
We will gladly accept a return for any reason if dispatched within 14 days of receipt in the condition in which it was shipped. Please take care to try your shoes on indoors, preferably on carpet, and to avoid scuffing the outsoles.
To return shoes within 14 days, please re-pack the shoes with care and use the supplied return shipping label. For FedEx locations visit FedEx.com.
What is your policy regarding exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges, however we are happy to assist with a return and re-order.
What is you policy regarding returns of gifts?
In the case of a gift, the giftee will have the option of a credit applicable to a future purchase in the giftee’s name or a refund to the gifter’s credit card.
How do you handle defects?

How long will it take to process my refund?
You will receive an email from Customer Care within 2 business days of our receipt confirming that your refund was processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Do your shoes ever go on sale?
Not on any regular schedule. But occasionally specific styles might, as indicated on our website.
Where can I find a certain style/color in my size?
If we are sold out on our web store, feel free to contact Customer Service, who will try to identify a retailer with the item in stock.
Do you still carry older styles from previous seasons?
Generally not, but feel free to check with Customer Service.
Do you sell extra belts for the Sophia, Susanna, or Stefania?
Not at this time.
Do you collect sales taxes?
We collect applicable sales taxes only on items shipped to California addresses.

No, those that do mention that fact in the product listing.
Are your shoes European-sized and how do I convert my US size?
Yes, we use European-type sizing, but run slightly small from the standard. Please see our conversion chart for exact specifics.
Do your shoes come in narrow or wide widths?
No, our shoes come in medium width only.
Where/how are your shoes made?
ANYI LU shoes are handmade in Italy by artisans who are the heirs of ancient traditions. Likewise, our leathers are largely sourced from Italian tanneries. The result is unrivalled quality and comfort born of the marriage of tradition and technology, such as our Poron insoles and patent-pending ANYI LU Fit.

CARE & REPAIRS
Do you offer repairs?
ANYI LU stands behind our shoes. If repairs are necessary owing to defects we will provide those repairs free of all costs including shipping to and from our US facility. At our sole discretion we may elect to offer a credit for a shoe of comparable value since repair is not always possible. ANYI LU shoes are manufactured in Italy utilizing components that are often unique to a given style or colorway, availability of which is generally limited. Please submit requests to our Customer Care liaison.
Do you have a refurbishment program?
We handle this on a case-by-case basis. Contact Customer Care for further details.
Do you carry shoe care/leather products?
Not at this time.
How do I care for pitone, patent, or suede leathers?
Our shoes are handmade of genuine leathers except as specifically noted. Variations in color and feel are characteristics of leather resulting in each shoe being unique. Different leathers will react uniquely to wear and your shoe may change in appearance over time. With normal use, your shoe may darken or crease or become softer. Some leathers stretch. We recommend keeping your shoes away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Dogs, especially young ones, pose a special threat to shoes since shoes bear their beloved owners scent so strongly.
Please refer to the following shoe care guide to preserve the value of your ANYI LU shoes and to keep them in top condition.
Avoid direct light and heat sources.
Fill shoes with tissue paper or newspaper when not in use.
Let perspiration air dry before putting your shoes in the closet.
Alternate shoes day-to-day.
Regularly check the tips of the heels to ensure they are not worn excessively. If they are, replace the heel cap.
Fill wet shoes with tissue or newspaper and let them air dry. Do not dry shoes with a heat source.
Smooth Leathers - calf, nappa (light lambskin), kid (light goatskin)
Treat with a suitable spray or neutral cream product. Remove dirt with a soft, slightly dampened cloth.
Patent Leather – glossy finish
Gently rub the shoe with a soft flannel cloth to remove most stains. For stains that cannot be easily removed, clean shoes with patent leather cleaner. Do not use household cleaners. Keep patent leather separate from other patent leathers and plastics.
Embossed or Metallic Leathers
Embossed and metallic leather surfaces are delicate. Lightly clean with a soft dry sponge or soft cloth.
Suede and Nubuck
Before use, treat with an appropriate protector against stains and water. Use a suede brush or nubuck eraser to remove dirt. Regularly brush to keep the nap raised. Sprinkle talcum powder on oil stains immediately.
Pony and Hair Calf
A complex tanning process is used to produce this leather. Clean with a slightly damp brush, following the direction of the fur. Use a soft cloth to dry the fur.
